1. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items such as customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

2. Refunds

Partial Refunds:

3. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

4. Shipping for Returns

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
